March 8, Tekes at Little Everglades Steeplechase

Francine Anderson of Absolute Akhal-Teke will take her purebred AT colt Kaptain in the Little Everglades Steeplechase Parade

on March 7th and then have a ‘hands on Teke time’ afterwards.  Francine reports that “There was a terrific turn out, and Kaptain was an outstanding gentleman. People were truly captivated by his color and gentleness .The parade was also excellent and once again I was amazed at Kaptain's behaviour. I led him in the parade as a race horse ,with saddle and bridle, and I wore traditional coat, but I could have actually jumped on him at any time. Maybe next year.”

 March 2009 -2009 Akhal-Teke Grading with Dr. Tatyana Ryabova and Nadezda Abramova—Natasha Pontecorvo has invited Tatyana and Nadezda of VNIIK to grade ALL purebred Akhal-Tekes in Canada and the United States.  There will be NO CHARGE for this service and all owners are welcome.  This grading tour is not affiliated with any Akhal-Teke organization and owners need not be members of any organization.

We are now preparing to invite T. Ryabova for grading AT Horses in the US and Canada because all Pureblood AT horses should be written in General Studbook.  Dates to be announced soon.

We need to know all the addresses and numbers of the horses for grading before she will come .

2.number of PUREBLOOD (purebred) AT horses that you have

3.year of their birth

4.registration number if they are registered although it doesn't matter if they are NOT REGISTERED

5.the names of the horses

6.names of their parents

7.names of their grandparents, second generation, if you know

8.the photos of them if you can
